Physical description:
Harmony has long dead straight dark chocolate brown hair that shines amber. She is rather small but is the average height for a woman at five feet and five inches. She is not skinny but voluptuous with curvaceous hips and a rather large chest, however she normally wears baggy clothes (grunge fashion), hiding her curves. Her almond eyes are large and a golden brown with dark lashes but even though they are beautiful they are very sad. Her down turned mouth is a dark pink while her skin is a pale yellow-tinted cream. When she blushes her cheeks turn a bright pink that spreads from both of her cheeks and over her nose. Since her head is normally down her hair gets in her face and she looks at other from behind her veil. Her voice is a sultry velvet sound.


Personality:
She is a quiet person who does not push other to do things. She states what she thinks and is rather stubborn when other try to get her to do something. Calling herself an Observer, she watches others and will not make much of an effort to intervene unless someone's life is threatened. Sometimes she can come off as aloof and cold but she genuinely loves those close to her and is very loyal. Sometimes she can be a bit puzzling but it is only because she enjoys others trying to figure her out. Passionate and hot-tempered, she is a juggernaut in fights but also when she is fighting herself. Being alone can be dangerous for her since it gives her time to think and thinking to deeply can bring out the worse in her. She may come off as emotionless but guilt can break her down. Most nights she cries herself to sleep. She believes she’s a monster.

History:
She was always a lonely and isolated person. She only had a handful of friends and never really hung out with them unless she was at school. Weekends always consisted of her going hiking alone. That led to the accident. She fell from a high cliff and even though she lived, something in her changed.
One day at school someone picked a fight with her and in the classroom the ground shook and the air got thick. The lights and computers burst. The windows cracked and the ground around her became dark. When that class ended, people began to wonder why no one was leaving the classroom. When a teacher came into the room, the room was a mess and only Harmony was standing up unharmed. All of her classmates and even the teacher were unconscious on the ground with major cuts and bruises.
That was the day her parents sent her away. That was the day no one talks about but they always think about. That was the day Harmony became the Abyss.

Skills:
She loves to sing and write (her singing is like in Heavy by Florence + The Machines or Plumb). But she never sings around others unless she is asked and she hardly ever lets other read what she writes. Harmony is also a great cook and loves to bake. She’s very good with computers as well, considering she doesn’t use them that often.

Power:
It’s sort of like power over negativity and it makes everything dark (hence the electricity blowing out and people ‘blacking out’). It’s called Abyss because it is fueled by negative energy (such as feelings). It can only be activated when she’s angry and it’s rather unstable. Regular people seem to black out while supernatural people can have a certain level of resistance depending on their emotions (the greater the optimism the greater the resistance).
